Create Tax table for VAT

The Tax Tables feature in Gnucash enables the program to calculate the VAT on a transaction if you use the Business Menu features of Invoices and Bills.
We will use Business Menu Features for all Invoicing and Billing.

In the United Kingdom the VAT rate is currently 20%.
Open the tax table dialog.

Note You also need entries for E Exempt (no VAT,0.0% ) as applies to bank charges,
and also a line for NR no VAT paid in price as the vendor is not VAT Registered.
